Stu has played Guron, Giorgio, Counsel and Foreman of the Jury for us
and equally minor roles for the Rose Valley Chorus and Orchestra and
the Gilbert & Sullivan Players - in fact, he has been a spear-carrier
of some sort in 13 of the 14 G&S shows. He confesses getting at least
as much of a kick out of being "half the orchestra" and waving a baton
in some of our productions of Trial by Jury. Stu, an engineer for an
avionics company, is a veritable storehouse of music knowledge as well
as an avid touring cyclist and the author of two books on bicycling.
